I will make the stuffed cabbage leaves, coucous salad with herbs and walnuts, twice baked potato and the patatas brava. I would also like to make the swede speltotto, but I can't find it on my kindle version of the book. I'll keep looking!

  5. Hi, Andrea. This month sounds delicious!

    I'll be making:

Couscous salad with herbs and walnuts (page 89)
Chicory, pears and salty-sweet roasted almonds (page 118)
Chestnut and sage soup (page 158)
    Swede speltotto (page 283)

I'll be doing gluten-free versions of the couscous and "speltotto." I might try to get to one of the potato recipes, if I have time, too - they look hard to resist!

  6. Thank you, Andrea, for always choosing seasonal recipes - dishes that just "work" with the months. Your November choices are wonderful. I will do 6. Twice baked potatoes; 8. Patatas Bravas and 9. Roasted Parsnip Chips. I have two or three more that I'd like to knock off but just don't know if I will get it done. I'd love to do the cabbage rolls. We'll see.
