From the chapter "Mezze & Tapas": Vegetable tempura with chilli dipping sauce (page 308) 9. From the chapter "Roast, Grill & Barbecue": Honey roasted cherry tomatoes (page 343) 10. DeleteThe New Potato, Tomato and Boiled Egg salad was a cinch to make and so much fun. I added some slices of crunchy radish. Hope Hugh doesn't mind!

DeleteI have not been disappointed yet, we loved the risotto and the honey tomatoes where amazing. Never thought of adding honey to tomatoes.

ReplyDeleteSorry I haven't posted for June yet - I've had to put blogging aside for the last couple of weeks, but I'll be putting up a catch up post soon.
Just posted my delicious June recipes.......late. (I think my timing is perfect, however, as the Boss (Andrea) won't be too upset with me. Germany just beat Brazil, 7-1 so The Kitchen Lioness and her family must be all-smiles. Congratulations.) I will be commenting on everyone else's Posts in the next few days.
