LYL for the Cottage Cooking Club

From the chapter "Roast, Grill & Barbecue": Chargrilled summer veg (page 332) and 10. From the chapter "Sweet Asides": Chocolate and beetroot ice cream OR Pea and mint ice cream (page 397).

I managed to make 5 recipes this month....all were good but some were exceptionally delicious! Thanks for the great choices Andrea!

Lovely recipes. Although I made four recipes, a couple of weeks away for vacation and a family reunion provided me photography for just two of these this month, each were quite good. Many thanks to Andrea.
