From the chapter "Mezze & Tapas": Cambodian wedding day dip (page 299); 9. From the chapter "Roast, Grill & Barbecue": Griddled asparagus spears with lemon dressing (page 339); 10. From the chapter "Side Dishes": Garlicky, minty mushy peas (page 387).

Must admit I am a little out of breath but loved, loved the recipes! May is a beautiful month and I so enjoy cooking with the late spring/early summer bounty of veg that is available now!

I didn't complete as many recipes as I had wished but loved what I finished. Still hoping to make the Spicy Merguez Oven Fries with Yogurt Dip this week-end. They were #1 on my May List. Happy Springtime, everyone.
