I completed two recipes and was very happy with each one. The Chickpeas/Cumin/Spinach (I don't like kale very well) combo was really delicious. Is it just me or are you seeing chickpeas in recipes everywhere? I am looking forward to seeing what everyone has been cooking this month and am glad to be back cooking along.

Mary, some chickpeas in the recipes, true...but we are also coming to the end of your veg story, so a few of the recipes left were not "my first choice".
